Program-specific Orientation Schedule

You will soon be embarking on the experience of a lifetime - your study abroad program. Our office is committed to providing you with information to prepare yourself for your experience abroad.

Program Specific Orientation

You already have or will receive an e-mail from our office informing you of the date, time and place of your program-specific orientation. Most site-specific orientations take place in April (for summer and fall programs) or November (for spring and winter-break programs). You must complete the online orientation prior to your program-specific orientation.

If you are not a UW-Madison student, but are participating on an IAP program as a Special Student (non-degree), you should review the written materials that are sent to you. You are responsible for this information. Please contact the program's Study Abroad Advisor if you have questions. When possible, arrangements will be made for you to "attend" (conference call, video conference, etc) your program-specific orientation.
